Welcome to the CompassLearning Customer Portal. At CompassLearning, we want to make it easy for you to get the support you need - when you need it. Feel free to contact our Customer Support Center from 7:00AM to 7:00PM Central time, Monday through Friday using any of the methods listed on the right.

Our support resources are also available to all customers with an active support contract through the Customer Portal login below. This site is available 24/7 and contains an up-to-date knowledge base, online case management, document downloads and more. If you are a CompassLearning customer with an active support contract but do not have a login to the Customer Portal please contact support for assistance.

We believe prompt and effective support differentiates our services from others in our industry. Our report card indicates the results of both our call center metrics and customer surveys.

We do observe standard holidays. Please check our closure dates for the current calendar year.
